All Compensators have an outer diameter of 22mm (NATO Spec.). All Compensators come with Crush or Peel-Away Washers. Like all Vltor products, we recommend the installation to be performed by a qualified gunsmith and/or experienced armorer.

Even though it’s known as a Compensator, it also has flash hiding capabilities. Unfortunately, this compensator is not been tested by the ATF or certain states DOJs and has not been deemed as Post-ban compliant or as a “Compensator”, not a flash hider.
