To better serve our customers, VLTOR Weapon Systems is employing the 9/80 compressed work week schedule.  Our facility will be open Monday-Thursday from 6:30am-4:00pm, Friday from 6:30am-3:00pm Arizona time, and will be closed every other Friday.  VLTOR will also be closed on all observed holidays. Payment:

At this time, we only accept VISA and MasterCard as credit card payment for orders. We do not accept American Express, Discover, or PayPal. If you do want to pay for your order with a money order, please give our office a call at 520-408-1944

Shipping Policies:

For IN STOCK items orders will ship within 5-7 business days of being received. All items are shipped from our Tucson, Arizona facility. Transit time will depend on the shipping method chosen. Please check with the carrier’s website to determine shipping time.

USPS is experiencing some difficulties, all shipments are being delayed without explanation.

For lost or stolen packages, contact USPS or your local Police Department

Packages that show delivery to customer‘s location will not be replaced. 

Export Control:

Many of VLTOR products are export controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Shipments from VLTOR may contain products controlled by the U.S. DoS or the U.S. DoC. Export of such items may not be done without prior approval from the U.S. Government and VLTOR.

Local Pickup:

If you are a Tucson resident, we offer the option of local pickup. When checking out, check the option for local pickup. One of our representatives will contact you when your order is ready for pickup.

Return Policy

VLTOR Weapon Systems is committed to providing the finest quality weapons and weapon accessories in the firearms market. While we strive for every to be product to be perfect when it arrives at the customers door, it is always possible that unseen flaws can be identified after the manufacturing process. Below you will find the policies for customer returns and replacements.

If you are requesting a return of a purchased product due to a manufacturing defect please follow the procedures below.

1. Contact the VLTOR at Orders@vltor.com or 520-408-1944
2. Please explain in detail the defect and request a RMA number
3. Return the product with the provided shipping label

Once received our RMA Team will evaluate the product based off the concerns of the customer and VLTOR product tolerances. If it is found that the product has a manufacturing defect VLTOR will replace the product or issue a refund at the customers request.

This process ONLY applies to product that is defective. If the product returned is deemed not to be defective, VLTOR will return the product at the customers expense. If the customer is requesting a refund for a non-defective part, VLTOR reserves the right to issue a 20% re-stocking fee + 3% credit card service fee. ***PLEASE NOTE*** Any non-defective part returned, where the customer is requesting a refund, MUST be in a like new, re-sellable condition.

Lifetime Warranty

VLTOR Weapon Systems stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products and offers a LIFETIME warranty against manufacturer defects. If the customer feels the product is defective please follow the return policy above.

VULCAN

VULCAN products are factory seconds, blemished items or limited edition product. We will do our best to describe the product that you will receive but please note that there can be variations in our seconds and blemished items. VULCAN product cannot be returned due to cosmetic issues or differences. VULCAN products will feature an anvil laser mark.

Due to the nature of the product, VULCAN items do not carry the standard VLTOR lifetime warranty. We do guarantee that the product will be completely functional but no other feature will be warrantied. In the event that the VULCAN item purchased is not functional, a replacement of a like item will be offered or a refund will be processed after inspection of the product has been completed and the problem has been verified.  In the event that the unit is of a limited run product, and is found to be non-functional, then a like item will be offered and/or a refund will be processed. We cannot guarantee that we will still have stock of the limited edition product.

VULCAN products do not qualify for any additional discounts or coupons.
