To better serve our customers, VLTOR Weapon Systems is employing the 9/80 compressed work week schedule. Our facility will be open Monday-Friday from 6:30am-4:00pm Arizona time and will be closed every other Friday. VLTOR will also be closed on all observed holidays. Thanksgiving (November 24th-28th) All Orders will be processed on Nov 28th.

At this time, we only accept VISA and MasterCard as credit card payment for orders. We do not accept American Express, Discover, or PayPal. If you do want to pay for your order with a money order, please give our office a call at 520-408-1944
All orders ship within 24-48 business hours of being received. All items are shipped from our Tucson, Arizona facility. Transit time will depend on the shipping method chosen. Please check with the carrier’s website to determine shipping time.
Many of VLTOR products are export controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Shipments from VLTOR may contain products controlled by the U.S. DOS or the U.S. DOC. Export of such items may not be done without prior approval from the U.S. Government and VLTOR.
If you are a Tucson resident, we offer the option of local pickup. When checking out, check the option for local pickup. One of our representatives will contact you when your order is ready for pickup.
VLTOR strives for every customer to be completely satisfied with our products. If you wish to return your product, you must contact VLTOR for a Return Authorization Number prior to the return. You can either call 520-408-1944 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the return. All returned items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, be accompanied with the original packaging and have not been attempted to be installed for a full refund of the product purchase price. VLTOR stands behind the quality of our products with a Lifetime Warranty against manufacture’s defects. If you wish to initiate a warranty service, you can either call 520-408-1944 or email email@example.com. If the warranty is accepted, the product will be replaced with a like product at VLTOR’s discretion. The lifetime warranty does not cover improper use or neglect to the product. In the event that the failure occurred during a police or military procedure, the product will be replaced no matter the situation. VULCAN products are factory seconds, blemished items or limited edition product. We will do our best to describe the product that you will receive but please note that there can be variations in our seconds and blemished items. VULCAN product cannot be returned due to cosmetic issues or differences. VULCAN products will feature an anvil laser mark.
Due to the nature of the product, VULCAN items do not carry the standard VLTOR lifetime warranty. We do guarantee that the product will be completely functional but no other feature will be warrantied. In the event that the VULCAN item purchased is not functional, a replacement of a like item will be offered or a refund will be processed after inspection of the product has been completed and the problem has been verified. In the event that the unit is of a limited run product, and is found to be non-functional, then a like item will be offered and/or a refund will be processed. We cannot guarantee that we will still have stock of the limited edition product.
