While VLTOR tries to stay current on all state laws, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the Receiver they are purchasing is legal to ship and possess, as presented on our website, to their dealer of choice, and that the dealer is willing to accept the transfer. VLTOR reserves the right to cancel orders placed from states or areas where these items are restricted.
Export Control:
Many of VLTOR’s products are export controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Shipments from VLTOR may contain products controlled by the U.S. DoS or the U.S. DoC. Export of such items may not be done without prior approval from the U.S. Government and VLTOR.

2. Can you build my semi auto PKM?
We do not build PKM’s into semi autos.
3. Will you build a Post Dealer Sample?
At this time we, we are not building any PKM’s.

If you want a perfect receiver, buy one. I did a re-weld, but a run of these popped up so i bought one.
